Dec 06 Started TTC stopped the pill

June 08 Fertility Specialists (FS) appt - sent off for tests

July 08 Dye test showed my tubes fine small blockages but ok, Hubbies swimmers were low around 10million 75%motile, 25% abnormal. Given a 2% chance of natural conception.

Dec 08 Sign up for IVF as told this is our only option

Jan 09 Natural BFP!!!!!!!! whilst waiting to start IVF

Feb 09 Miscarriage at approx 6 weeks

Apr 09 Develop severe pain around left had side ovary

May 09 Ultrasound shows 5.5cm cyst sent away as they generally resolve themselves and told to come back in 6 weeks
June 09 Ultrasound shows cyst now 6cm in size

July 09 See Gyno and sent for more ultrasounds. Gyno said its a simple cyst it will resolve its self come back in 3 months. Mean while still in constant pain, gyno said its probably just gas pain not related take charcoal.

Aug 09 See my FS for second opinion, he said its not going to go away on its own lets do a Laparoscopy to check it out and remove it.

Oct 09 Lap reveals endo at stage IV and unable to remove cyst as can not see due to all the endo

Nov 09 Back for more surgery this time a Laparotomy (full surgery) to remove endo and cyst, ovary stuffed so that is removed also

Dec 09 - Feb 10 IVF #1 - 3 eggs at EPU (egg pick up) 2 fertilised and 2 day 3 embryos transfered, BFN.

May - Jun 10 IVF #2 - 4 eggs at EPU, 3 fertilised, 2 grade 1 embryos transfered, no frosties, BFN

Oct - Nov 10 IVF # 3 - 6 eggs at EPU, all fertilised, 3 made it to blastocyst, 1 grade 1 blasty transfered, BFP - Chemical Pregnacy, MC a few days later. 2 Frosties

Nov 10 appointment with FS. Enforced Break for 3 months then we will do a Natural FET and transfer the 2 Frosties if they survive the thaw.
